Penthouse piso 24, 2 dormitorios y 2 baño completo 1550 pies cuadrados condominio frente al mar de lujo con 400 pies cuadrados de porches tanto frente al mar. Dos camas de matrimonio con dos colchones gemelos móviles con capacidad para 6. 270 grados vistas con ventanas corredizas de piso a techo 7 unidades de panel separadas 3 rodean esta unidad con techos de 9 pies de una espectacular vista de 270 grados panorámica de toda la franja de Myrtle Beach con vistas el club de las dunas, así como todos los de la playa de North Myrtle. Compruebe Enlace web con utube video .UNIT está totalmente amueblado con muebles superiores a la media. Incluye cable e internet, estéreo, DVD y reproductores de CD. PANTALLA PLANA TV en ambos dormitorios y sala de estar. Family Trip

The condo is great! It is a little dated, but comfortable. The beds are firm and hurt after a few nights and the condo could stand a really good deep-cleaning. Overall, we had a great time and the views are incredible!

Simply Perfect!

It was a terrific week with the best condo. Everything we needed at our fingertips. The condo is well maintained and our favorite yet. Quite ad relaxing with amazing views

Ryan was responsive and easy to deal with. Check in was quick and easy despite the cleaning crew was running behind and our room was not ready at 4pm. We loved the view and will staying again in the future. Place was very quite that made our time there very relaxing.

Murtle Beach Getaway

Worth every penny. Great trip!!

First working with the owner Dr Ryan is a pleasure, he is always there to help. The condo is beautiful, views are spectacular. It's not my first time here and won't be my last. The Maisons building is so nice. Beautiful pool, pool bar, access right on the beach, ocean club, cafe for breakfast and lunch. You won't be disappointed.

My husband, teen daughter, and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it! Very pleased that we chose this place for our vacation 😀. Dr. Meredith was quick to respond to messages and the staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Close to lots of restaurants and activities. We hope to be able to schedule here again next summer.

Great stay with beautiful view.

Check-in procedure was a little bumpy but the owner straightened everything out quickly. Very clean wonderful location some of the fixtures are dated but going to be updated soon. The lobby of the building is being remodeled and looks beautiful, beach access was easy, lots of new amenities being added to the location. Overall very pleasant stay.

Beautiful Condo

Ryan, the owner was very nice to work with and although we experienced a few problems during our stay, he was great about discounting the days that we were inconvenienced. It is a beautiful condo with stunning views!! One of our favorite condos that we have rented in North Myrtle Beach, and we have stayed in numerous places over the years. We are definitely planning a return visit.

Nice place

Overall this is a very nice unit with a few minor issues. We really liked the layout with the 2 bedrooms at opposite ends of the unit with the kitchen, dining room & living room in between as it allowed for some privacy when needed. It was nice having a balcony for each bedroom along with a common balcony. Everything we needed was available for our stay and the unit is well equipped with accessories. There are a few things that need fixing though, including the bedroom night table lights (likely a bad dimmer switch) and the bathroom exhaust fan that didn't work at all. The kitchen cabinets are of low quality and aren't in keeping with the rest of the unit. The building has full time security, entry access went smoothly and we had no problems finding parking. There are 3 pubs/bars close by and we would recommend the Irish pub (Finn McCools) just up the road. There is also a small convenience store across the street if needed. The beach in this area isn't as busy as others we stayed at and the area is safe to walk in the evening. It is a place we would happily return to in the future.

Spectacular views!

Overall this is a wonderful property & I would recommend staying here. The views are second to none. Dinner on the patio is a must so that you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Our last day/night here was during Hurricane Ian & although we were a little nervous at the onset, we were perfectly safe & sound. With all the amazing views & such, our only suggestion would be a little “up dating”.
