Winter getaway

A great condo. Very comfortable retreat. The living room/ dining table was a little cramped but the ocean views were excellent. We enjoyed all the pools and hot tubs.Location was central to Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle.

Birthday Getaway

Our stay was not bad. The space was clean but there was dirt on the kitchen island and table. We couldn’t get the dvd player to work either. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Nice size space. LOVED the view of the ocean. We would stay again.

Condo was great. Property manager not so much

Room was excellent and clean. AC wasn't working well and called desk twice woth no help. Ended up getting fans at walmart. Parking was far from building. Overflow lot would cut walk in half but waant allowed to use it.

The unit was a disappointment. Not all burners on the stove worked, the refrigerator froze what was put in there, the frying pans were not usable and the toilet in the master bedroom did not flush properly. Then there was an issue with gnats on the balcony so that was not usable for a time not to mention the parking garage was dangerous because of all the oversized pickup trucks and SUV's. So, even though the property manager did address several of the issues I would not stay at this property again.

Great Spring Break in Myrtle Beach

Loved our rental in Baywatch (Twr 1, # 909). Very clean and well-kept. Want to thank the owners for taking such good care. The resort has terrific pool and hot tub selections (indoor and outdoor). Access to the beach was easy with outdoor showers at each beach/pool entrance. There was some “upgrade” work being done in our tower lobby and fitness room, but it will only improve the experience. Resort staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

The View!

Amazing view, fun property for families with kids, clean. The room was good, probably need some cosmetic work but a good overall value. Very tough check in process. We couldn’t get in our room until 5 on and had to sit for two hours waiting. Otherwise a fun vacay.

Like mold and want to get sick? Stay here!

AC smelled like mold and there was black mold infested in the ceiling walls next to the vent. The master bedroom was hot as hell while every other room was freezing cold at 70 degrees. The master bedroom felt like 90 degrees even with the curtains closed. Paying close to $2000 for the week, we had nothing but problems with the toilets. I think it would be fair to not have to stress about your toilet not flushing properly while on vacation but we had 2 toilets we had constant issues with. We called for help and the guy that came up said “if the people above you are using the toilet or showering or using water, you won’t be able to flush the toilet”. That is all he said and he left. Wow. Just wow! Very impressive customer service! Also with the delta variant spreading quickly, there are NO safety precautions (other than signs that say if you’re sick, stay home) No one wore masks, no sanitizing stations (there’s one in the elevator but wasn’t working) and this made us feel uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful time on our short vacation. We stayed the weekend of April the 16th through the 18th. The room was amazing, and the view was absolutely stunning. My husband and our kids loved the room as well. We will definitely be staying here again!!
