You Forgot Somethings
For the most part the stay was fine, until it wasn’t. The check-in process was easy. There were small things missing that were needed. There was no iron/ironing board, beach towels, proper dishes to cook with, no pitcher for beverages. I over looked that and made do with what we had. I will say the proximity to the beach was a plus. I wish I could feel the breeze from the beach, especially when the A/C stopped working. It stopped working at some point on Thursday. I notified the host that evening and he suggested every type of trouble shooting possible, which I tried, all to no avail. I was later informed that a technician would come out on Saturday at 10:30 am(my check out was 11:00). I was offered a 100 voucher for breakfast(Friday night) at any local restaurant for my inconvenience. I never received that voucher. It’s too hot to have an a/c that malfunctions or does not work. For the record, the unit didn’t freeze. The temp stayed between 72/upstairs & 74/downstairs.
