"Staff was pleasant when we arrived in and throughout our interaction; however, the first room we entered was uninhabitable due to the horrendous noice coming from the heater unit. When we tried to call the desk, the phone, too, was not working. Once we went downstairs, straff were able to find a new room for us. We are unsure how the original room was ever offered to customers. The gentleman at the desk Sunday a.m. obviously enjoyed his job and spread happiness!"
