Brand new building, good staff, great pool. Amenities are basic-no restaurant or bar-but the Continental breakfast was as good as could be expected, the rooms were clean, and the parking was warm.

Chambre extrêmement sombre. Lorsque l’on réserve pour la navette aéroport , ils demandent le nombre de personnes et non pas le nombre de bagages . Ainsi, il n’y a pas eu de place pour nous le matin. Ils ont appelé un taxi et assumé les frais. . Donc ne soyez pas à la dernière minute pour prendre votre vol !

Room was fabulous. Was not too happy about Expedia not putting in the right hours for when your airport shuttle runs. They do not let you know that your hotel does not run a shuttle from 12 pm to 4pm. I booked your hotel because i thought we could get a shuttle to and from the airport for free. We had to be at the airport by 2:45 PM, but because of no shuttle, we had to pay for an uber.

I would describe this as a mediocre hotel, despite it being a brand-new building. The rooms feel cheaply designed. There is only one very small heat vent under the window, which was partially blocked by furniture. The HVAC system is poorly programmed—the air-conditioning fan does not shut off on its own, and the only way to stop it is to power down the entire thermostat. Additionally, the vanity light around the bathroom mirror did not work. Breakfast items were decent overall; however, the potatoes were extremely hard and cold, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, based on these issues, I will not be staying at this hotel again. That said, I would like to highlight a positive experience. The hotel was very clean and with the staff. Mario and Nabil were very professional, courteous, and excellent at their jobs. They genuinely did their best to make my stay as pleasant as possible, and their service was greatly appreciated.
