Appartement bien situé et gestion de la conciergerie impeccable. Cadre très sympathique et installation correcte à une exception près qui est la cuisine qui mériterait d’être mieux équipée (porte frigo cassé, manque de couvert et plaque électrique à changer)

Appartement très agréable et confortable, remarquablement situé pour découvrir Montpellier. Accueil impeccable, simple et chaleureux. Seul problème, la difficulté de stationnement (horriblement cher)même pour poser la voiture quelques jours et utiliser le tram.

Très bel appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, à proximité du centre écusson sans les inconvénients sonores. Dommage manque d'éclairage ( 3 ampoules grillées sur 5 pour la rampe de spots) et pas d'éclairage côté cuisine non plus.
