"Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again! "

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 2am and they expedited check in to allow us to get to our room. They also agreed to hold our luggage once the airport found it until the end of the cruise even though we were not staying with them at the end of the cruise. Exceptional customer service!
