"The cleaners had left the door open during a rain storm so the living room had a huge puddle and the curtains had soaked up the water and it smelled awful. Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep - would not stay here again "

"We really loved the terrace, garden, pool and the view. The house is well situated within easy walking distance of the main town, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and a couple of excellents boulangeries. The house itself was perfectly ample for four of us to self-cater for a week, with bedding provided, a comfortable living area and very friendly hosts who gifted us delicious homemade pâté and a lovely bottle of red wine from an excellent local vineyard."

"We received good directions to the property and found it easily. It is a very easy fifteen minute walk into the centre of Vaison.On VRBO, the property was advertised as being a “Beautiful house with swimming pool, superb view on Mont Ventoux and old town”. The house is comfortable, but not suited to the hot temperatures we experienced, which were upper 30C, and even overnight rarely dropped below 25 in the bedroom. We asked for a fan, which improved the night time comfort slightly. There is only 1 bathroom with toilet, not 2 as described on VRBO.We were thankful for the small pool, but there was sadly no waterfall, no view of Mont Ventoux, and no hammock, as described. The galley kitchen has the essentials, and an inverter microwave oven, but limited worktop space. There is plenty of room to eat inside or out on the terrace overlooking the pool and lovely garden.We did enjoy our stay, and the walks into Vaison, which is a lovely town."
