We stay at a ton of vrbos (and similar) and rarely return to the same one twice, so our return is a testament to this great carriage house.Dawn is a meticulous, kind host with great attention to detail. As Bostonians we consider New London a real gem and we prefer it to many MA beach towns for price, accessibility, and laid-backness!"

"This home is large and very accommodating. Neighborhood is quiet and close to Ocean Beach Park. Window units worked hard to keep us cool during a very hot weekend. We didn’t cook, but kitchen appeared very well equipped. "

"We really enjoyed our three day stay! Bethany is an excellent host, The downstairs room is informal, spacious and comes with new fluffy towels, and beach towels. There is a new deck out on the sand with a fire pit and comfortable chairs and sun umbrellas. There are umbrellas, beach chairs and toys to take to water’s edge. Fine white and and easy area to swim between docks. We may go again!"

"The house was clean and cute. The owners had very clear instructions in their house book as well as local recommendations. When I had a question, the owners were very responsive by text. Beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The house is near a school and we enjoyed the playground. It is also about 1 mile to Ocean Beach and parking passes were provided. We enjoyed a cruise and visiting Mystic which both were easy to get to from the house. We also enjoyed the quirky Broken Yolk cafe which is walkable from the house. "
