Easy and relaxing! Our low maintenance home is a great convenient location to explore local breweries or see Cincinnati and Dayton. If you are looking for something refined and inviting - this home is perfect for you! We care about our home and the guests that come to use it. We have three flat screen ROKU TVs with full cable. You may use our two-car garage to park your car. This place is relaxing and comfortable seeking a long-term or short-term place to stay.

There are 2 breweries nearby (2 minutes drive) and you can quickly get to middletown, liberty township, West chester, mason, etc. The outlet malls are nearby (Cincinnati Premium outlets) and the casino is 5 minutes drive. Kings Island is very close (approximately 18 minutes away. Tons of shopping, movies, and more.
You will need to have a car, rent a car, or use a ride-sharing service to enjoy most of the surrounding entertainment and dining.
Great home in great convenient neighborhood. Driveway is shared with neighboring home (which is attached) and guest should respect staying on our side of the driveway. **MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING** Our properties are in quiet, Family-Oriented Neighborhoods. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy for Parties and Noise complaints. Unauthorized gatherings will result in your immediate removal from the premises without a refund. • We can make exceptions to our rules, but you must request your exception in writing and have written approval from us. • Primary Guest must sign a Rental Agreement and pool/hottub general liability waiver release (if applicable). • No smoking or vaping allowed (of any kind) inside the home. • Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and 7am. • All check-outs are promptly at 11am. • Furniture may not be re-arranged. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises. • Air mattresses must be requested prior to arrival and will only be provided if guest count merits them. • Primary Guest must submit a photo of their ID (driver’s license, passport, state id), selfie, and must identify other guests by name during registration. This will require you to migrate from the platform. • At management`s discretion, private security may be required (we utilize Echler USA). Details will be provided prior to guest arrival if this service is required. • Total vehicle count and: make, model, and year may be required depending on property. Some properties have parking challenges and you will be prompted to provide vehicle information if the property you book is one of those properties. *If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the guest count provided by the primary host, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per night over the provided guest count. **Guests will be charged for all damages and will be responsible for paying the max daily rate of $999 per night if we must block any days or cancel reservations due to the house requiring maintenance or additional cleaning after your stay. *** Properties are located in an area where pests (including bugs, spiders, mice, etc.) naturally occur on occasion. If we receive notification of pests in writing, we will do our best to investigate and eliminate them as quickly as possible. The mere presence of pests is not grounds for a refund or reduction of agreed rental price. **** Further information may be requested if the primary residence is in a 50-mile radius of the rental location including but not limited to social media handle/username, extended background check, and more. ***** In cases where the Police are called, the Primary Guest will be charged $1,000 (at Management’s discretion). ******Additional $500 charge if we are called or neighbors complain of loud noises after 10pm and before 7am. ******* Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine (at Management’s discretion). ******** All check-outs are at 11am, additional fees of $50/hour if you are late to check-out. ********* From time to time, odors may be present upon arrival, please notify us and we will remedy this as soon as possible. **********If guests are dissatisfied with their stay for any reason, they will allow our team to evaluate the situation in person (visual inspection may be required) within 24 hours to determine if property is able to be repaired or if guests need to be relocated. If management determines a repair cannot be made within a reasonable time and the issue is significant enough to affect the guest’s stay, we will offer a comparable property for the remainder of the guest`s stay. If no comparable property is available and the situation cannot be remedied, we will issue the guest a refund for the remainder of their stay. ***********`Unauthorized mail or packages are not allowed. I loved staying here. I spent pleasant days reading on the porches and my dog loved the neighborhood walks. Convenient to everything! I would definitely recommend Jason and his wonderful property.
House is cute and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Beds are firm, but comfy. Kitchen has the absolute bare minimums for cooking. Patio furniture outside is dirty and uncomfortable. There is no balcony like the listing states. It is a small concrete patio. You are able to use the garage to park, however, you do not have an access code for the garage. So, in order to use the garage, you have to go inside the house and open the garage door from there. It makes the garage inconvenient. There are two entirely different sets of house rules. One is on the refrigerator and one is in the guest book. I had a few questions before and during my stay that went completely ignored and unanswered by the host. Any message I sent through VRBO, text, or email were all ignored. No response from anyone. Phone calls weren't even answered. Two days into my stay, I received a text from the host asking me to complete my payment because they hadn't gotten around to processing it yet. I expressed my concerns about this and all of the times that I had been ignored trying to get my questions answered about my stay in my response to them and made my payment. In my text, I also asked the host for one name and one phone number for a point of contact for the rest of our stay because of all of my attempts at trying to contact someone had failed. I still have not received a response from anyone. No apology for the confusion. No apology for any miscommunication or NO communication at all. It's like they don't care. So, if you LOVE confusion and are willing to never have a response to any of your questions before or during your stay, this is the place for you. We didn't have any problems during our stay, but I could only imagine the nightmare it would have been if we did. If you like to feel welcomed, respected and appreciated by your host, skip this property.
