Low quality rental
Very Low quality rental. This property deserves 0 stars! There’s a brick at the front door to keep the screen door from flapping in the wind, and you can actually see through to the outside at the bottom of the door. The place is crawling with ROACHES, the paint is peeling off the walls in several places, the ceiling in one of the bathrooms looks like it’s ready to collapse. The pipe under the sink leaks so the extra towels provided were wet. Inside doors are rickety; particularly the sliding door in the master bedroom that you literally have to fight with to get in and out of the bathroom. The doorknobs fall off causing children to be stuck in bedrooms, dirty baseboards, dingy walls. All things considered, the price to rent this property is INSULTING! My family was cheated out of 3,200! Do not rent.
