Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, plenty of space for our family and a minute walk to the beautiful beach. Our property manager was amazing and always available to answer questions or make recommendations. Thank you!

50 years of marriage celebration!!!What a wonderful time our family had as we celebrated our parents 50 years of marriage. We certainly agree with all the reviews about your home. Beautiful home, clean, well stocked kitchen, nice appliances. It was so nice that each bedroom suite had its own master bath. The splash pool was so relaxing. An added bonus was a 6 person golf cart that made it so easy to get to a local grocery store , restaurant , surf shop that sells T-shirts , hats, and other souvenirs. There is a path at the circle that leads to the gazebo and private beach for the Ship Watch community. The only issue we had was my father who has mobility issues and wears braces on both legs had a problem climbing the first set of stairs which has no handrail to get up to the gazebo and then down to the beach. The stairs going down to the beach has handrails on both sides and made it so much easier. I know this is not the problem of the home owner but other renters could have the same issue. If possible a ramp up to gazebo or at least handrails on both sides would help a lot. Maybe the HOA might consider that. Again what a great time. Thank You, Ward and Denolfi families.

Plenty of room and bathroom for 3 families and 8 kids. TVs were old and slow and only 1 remote worked, so keep that in mind for nights but it was all good otherwise

Would definitely book again!

Overall - the house and location is wonderful. Private beach access, lovely pond view filled with wild life, and a hot tub that came in handy when the weather was not so great. Cons: - Confusion around hot tub heating, just make sure if this is a service you want, you give the company a day's notice to have the pool heated. We could not use the hot tub the day of checkin due to chekin being at 4 pm and the office closes at 5, but were able to use.it the remainder of the stay. - Dishwasher had a foul smell/wasnt draining water properly so we just didnt use it. I did notify the property manager and I believe this will be fixed in the near future.On to the pros!!:- EXCELLENT communication with the property manager, example. We didnt have a broom in the house - they brought us a broom. - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Again could not be better. And the golf cart came in handy for quick grocery runs.- FULLY STACKED KITCHEN! Man this was really impressive, so many dishes, flatware and appliances. Crockpot, margarita blender, pretty much anything you need, they have it! I've never stayed in a rental with such a well stocked kitchen. - PLENTY of bed space, we housed 13 adults, 20 years old and everyone had ample room and comfort. Plenty of family space to eat and hang out together, as well as space for people to split up/do their own thing. I would definitely book this property again or work with this vacation rental company again. We had a great Mother's Day Weekend!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property is steps away from beach. Very spacious, allows ample room for families to getaway together and still have plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked, The outdoor patio area is very relaxing while the kids play in the splash pool. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

We had twelve family members which included nine adults and three small children. It was a perfect location to walk to the beach. Plenty of shopping and good restaurants near by. The house had plenty of room for everyone with spacious areas for gathering and game nights. Several decks and outside seating, perfect for morning coffee and family meals. We plan on using this property again in the future.

Family vacation

Good location room’s spacious beds were very comfortable. Loved feeding turtles and fish. Beaches were beautiful. Not as clean as I would have liked with a one year old but overall was a wonderful vacation.

Lovely family vacation spot!

clean, attractive property with lovely lake view, fully equipped kitchen, more than adequate sleeping accommodations for 7 adults 2 children and 2 month old. Every shopping need very closely accessible. Quiet and well kept area with easy beach access. Highly recommend!!

Clean, well maintained and great floorplan

Booked last minute trip for a few days to surprise my daughter who was getting engaged at the beach. House was clean, well stocked kitchen, good floorplan and easy to book. I would recommend it. The beach was easily accessible and not crowded.

Perfect Adult Family Home

We loved this house. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom and there was even enough space to spread out in the rest of the house. The beach was just a short walk from our door and the golf cart and bikes were perfect for our active & adventurous family. The kitchen was well stocked and there were more than enough towels for each bathroom. To top it off, there were two washers & dryers. This helped make our daily laundry chores go by quickly so we could spend more time having fun. The hot tub/pool on the deck was perfect for our water loving 10 month granddaughter. There are also turtles in the pond that come to greet you (beg to be fed) every time you venture near the back fence. The host is very responsive & helpful. We will not hesitate to book again when we visit the area.

Family Getaway

First impressions getting to the house was that it was clean and the layout was great. We had both elderly and young kids in our group and the location was just perfect. Not having to cross a busy street was ideal. It was also still close to everything plus the included golf kart, making it easy to get to everything. I would definitely recommend this place
