Great stay - just what we were looking for.
I found the property company to be great to work with. All information in the listing was accurate, including the distance to the beach, It's exactly as stated and not a bad walk at all. The neighborhood is still under some construction, but it's very nice. Great for walking our dog. Also, I don't think the listing mentioned it, but the pool is just around the corner from the house - so very convenient. The house itself is fantastic, and includes everything you need. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. I did purchase and leave a nicer wine opener, as the one there was bent and didn't work well. Otherwise they have most everything you need. I would make just a couple of suggestions to the owners for consideration. First off it would be nice to include some beach chairs/umbrella. As it turns out the rental gives you the private beach access, but not the wrist band needed to rent these at the beach, so leaving some inexpensive chairs there for tenants use would be nice. We went to Walmart and paid $80 for 2 chairs and umbrella - this worked perfect. Actually we think this is better anyway - since rental is $45 a day (even if they would rent them to us- but they wouldn't because the lack of wrist bands??? crazy...). Also there was an iron board in the house, but no iron. We didn't need one, so no problem. Also I would recommend a nicer grill for the unit. Perhaps one that uses propane. The one there is very old and rusted and only uses charcoal. We did not use it while we were there. Finally, despite my recommendations above, I would certainly recommend this place - and especially would recommend renting from RealJoy, they were great and very professional.
