Great location, very comfortable.

Short walk to the beach. Great amenities on the property. Unit is very comfortable… big sturdy glass table for playing games and eating. Living room furniture is comfortable. Decent amount of starter supplies. I would recommend some additional hangers in the closets and hooks for towels in main hallway bathroom. Also no door hooks in the “kids” room. We had 2 adults in that room. They would have appreciated hooks over the door like the other rooms have. The kids room door sticks —very noisy to get it open … so they were waking each other up at night trying to get the door open. Pools maintained nicely… water was very warm… but I don’t think they are heated. The beach service -2 chairs and an umbrella was amazing … super comfortable for hanging out on the beautiful beach. You do need to bring your own equipment for pickleball and tennis. (They did supply some pickleball paddles but anyone who plays would probably find them inadequate.)Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. We would stay again!

Awesome Stay!

The house is beautiful and only a 4 minute walk to the beach. The staff checked in multiple times to check that all was well. There are wonderful restaurants, shopping,and activities close by. 5 stars and we will definitely come back to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Everything was absolutely lovely. Parking, pool, yard space, laundry room, dishes, cooking utensils, bedding, cleanliness, communication, etc. one thing I did forget to mention was that the back porch light was out. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Home

The house was perfect, we all slept very comfortable. We were close to town and all the stores but still quite as well. The community its located in a very nice and well kept.

The property was very nice and in a nice, convenient location. We had a small issue, where the master toilet had not been cleaned and the hall bath had water and towels in the tub, but it was resolved in a timely manner, upon contacting the management team. Other than that, everything was as it should have been and we would DEFINITELY stay at this property again. Easy access upon arrival, short walk to beach, outlet stores and restaurants nearby...

Nice home away from home

Cute property in a nice neighborhood, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, unfortunately never made it to the beach, but it was close to the beach, but our timeline just never worked. Close to everything we needed or wanted.

The house looked really good and clean in a nice community maravilla.. my assumption seeing the photos was the beach just behind the house.. but the beach was 5-10 minute walk. But still we enjoyed our stay.. everything was in there just like home

Beach get away

The house was perfect for us it was clean and had everything we needed. It was very close to the beach (a couple of blocks) which was a big plus. I would really recommend this house to anyone looking to rent one.

Very outdated

Peoperty was very outdated. In the kids bedroom had a light cover fly off and shatter almost hitting the kids. Outlets need to be replaced couldnt even hardly charge a cell phone stuff wouldnt stay plugged in meaning needs replaced showers very outdated and reminded me of a campground shower not worth the price the charged very disappointed in this rental vrbo needs to do better job watching what the rent

Lacking!

The only thing going for this place was the location. It was not beachfront, but a close walk to a private beach with designated beach chairs and umbrellas. The place is run down and dirty. The appliances were old and the beds were uncomfortable. The furniture was filthy, reminiscent of my boys campus residences! Yuck! We put sheets on all furniture and wore flip flops inside. It needs a makeover and was just rough all around. All of the cups/dishes were chipped and the pots and pans were awful. I would not recommend staying here!
