Miramar Beach vacation

I can’t say a bad thing about this VRBO! It was lovely… a little too far away from the beach access area for me but no one else seemed to care. I would say that we need more kitchen linen! We needed more than one kitchen towel. Other than those simple oversights it was a great place!

Large Outdoor Space

The backyard was amazing and big. The outdoor table needs chairs. The den area is small for a house that sleeps so many folks but we didn't mind because we could open the sliding doors to the backyard and spill out to the patio. Plenty of parking and the beach chairs were a nice surprise.

Perfect size for a big family

We enjoyed our time at this property. It was very spacious and the property manager was very responsive to our questions/needs. Unfortunately the outdoor shower didn’t work so it was hard to keep floors clear of sand. We enjoyed taking the bikes for rides. The landscaping needs some TLC.

The house was located in a good location and had plenty of space. The living room furniture is dirty and wore out. The rug is needs replacing it has big crease that causes you to trip over it. The lawn had tall weeds growing and it needed cutting. There were some other cleaning issues but they came back and took care of them. Nice property just needs some TLC

Nice, clean/ Beach access disappointing

We loved the house and the cleanliness of the house. No complaints at all with the property. However we were very disappointed with the advertisement about beach access. There was no parking for the beach access and it was to far of a distance to carry all of our beach stuff. We stay on the beach pretty much from sun up to sun down and carry a lot of stuff. Beach access did not allow canopies. For a house that sleeps 24 people renting enough shade for the amount of people we had each day would cost a small fortune. We had to drive to public beach and fight the crowds there each day. We loved the house but will look elsewhere when renting next year for a house that accomodates our beach needs.

Plenty of space for our annual trip

This house offered plenty of space for our family. The full kitchen allowed us to cook meals together, nice rooms with comfortable beds, space for the kids to run out back safely. The cleanliness was A+ and there were bikes available to ride a short distance to the beach.

Nice place

This place is newer and in good condition. The 3rd floor bunk room is beautiful and spacious. Each bedroom was big and the bathrooms were fantastic. There is definitely not seating and living space to fit the number of people the place will accommodate. There's one table with benches in the kitchen--- doesn't work for the older relatives--- and a few seats at the island. Less of us came than expected, so we got by eating on couches with the coffee table in front of us. The couch with the bed inside also sinks a lot, so again some relatives found it difficult to sit on. The outside shower doesn't work, and the 3rd floor ceiling vents had mold issues because there is a leak in the roof which we found out when it rained. It's a bit of a hike to the beach, so the bikes came in handy when we wanted to go for a quick swim. The community pool is also a decent walk, but there are parking spaces there. My son wore underwear in the pool and it bleached them, so the chemicals are definitely not balanced well. Overall this place was okay, but we would probably pick somewhere else next time.

Great House for a Family Beach Vacation

We rented the house for an extended family vacation, it was great, large enough for everyone to be together, and also ample room if you needed quiet time alone. Loved the neighborhood, nice and quiet off the main strip. Loved using the bikes to cruise around in and avoid the traffic. The house was great, only negative commit is regarding the beach…it was SUPER congested but still beautiful. I forgot how nice the gulf side is, will for sure be back!

beautiful family vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at cozy shore! The house is very new and beautiful and has all the accommodations! 10 minute walk to the beach or a short bike ride. The property management was very accommodating as well. If we needed. anything all we had to do was call and they sent someone out immediately.The only negative thing i have to say is the house could use a deep cleaning. especially the floors. but overall I would definitely stay here again!
