Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.

Vacationing at the Bungalows

We typically stay at Laurel Grove in Sandestin several times a year but decided to stay at the Bungalows this time. The property was very clean and appeared to be modern ( not contemporary) construction and well decorated. Lots of detail trim, 10’ ceilings on the first level and 9’ on the second. Each bedroom had it’s own bath. The master had a large walk in shower. The beds need to be updated to foam mattress’s instead of coil springs. Kitchen was modern with ample counter space. TVs in every room but to many remotes. Nice front porch with plenty of seating. Parking for two cars. Pool was directly across the street. It had bath rooms and a covered area. Plenty of deck area. The pool chairs needed updating. Several was sagging and needed to be replaced. Management was very cordial and polite. We will definitely be back.

Perfection! Look no further!

This house is tucked away in a quite community with gated access. The house so VERY clean! I use to clean houses for a living and this was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in! Very comfortable beds. The golf cart was great. There was a tunnel access to the beach that way you didn’t have to cross the busy intersection. The pool is literally steps from the front door and is very clean! I would definitely stay again!

We have always loved Baytown wharf/surrounding area. Everything is accessible by golf cart which is so convenient! We loved every second of our stay! The street was quiet and rental was clean! Will definitely stay here again.

Fun and Sun

We absolutely loved staying at the bungalos of Sandestin! So much to do on property and amazing places to eat! we loved that we could take the golf cart everywhere on property including the beach! I will say the beach is very crowded so we did drive to Henderson State park twice, which is just a short 10 minute drive and well worth it!

The property was in a great location and close proximity to everything. It was exactly as described and was extremely clean. I was able to communicate with the property manager regarding any questions. The golf cart was an added bonus that allowed us to access the resort and the beach with ease. Great Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay!! You cannot ask for a better location. The golf cart provides a convenient mode of transportation throughout the resort, rooms are comfortable, spacious. It felt like a little home away from home.

Cute place!

We love this area and have stayed in 4/5 different bungalows in this neighborhood! The location of this particular one is literally directly in front of the pool gate, which was great with kids. The property was very clean/well stocked. If i had any complaints it would be .. The home had a strong smell of mothballs when we first walked in. Tv in upstairs bedroom is super tiny. Like a tablet screen size. Furnishings are a bit dated compared to the other homes we stayed in… but everything was very clean, which is more important to me. Beds were comfortable. Golf cart was nice, We would stay here again.

Fantastic Getaway HQ

The property was ideal for our family as we vacationed along the Emerald Coast. We loved everything about it. We would gladly stay there again. The only drawback was two doors down there were five guys staying in a bungalow, and they partied hearty and very loudly outdoors every night until after 1 a.m. The 10 a.m. quiet regulation should have been enforced by security.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and very clean! The screened in porch is wonderful! Beds are all super comfortable. We worried about hot water available for everyone showering after the beach, but never had a single problem. The hosts are amazing to work with. Only suggestion would be a pizza cutter, we found out the hard way there isn’t one there. Definitely recommend this house for your stay! Thank you!!

Home away from home!

Our expectations were blown away when we arrived at the property. Such a family oriented home with a warm welcoming vibes. My wife loved the decorations and cleanliness of the home. My children enjoyed the games that were provided by the host. We ended up have early due to the tropical storm, but wish we could have had another day to stay. Such a cozy and inviting home that we would recommend and book again in the future.

Excellent property

We arrived to the house used the remote key pad to get in and the place was beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook and well maintained. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus a half bath off the kitchen. Perfect for our family. My favorite thing was the porch. We spent most of our time sitting playing games or reading there (when we weren’t at the beautiful beach) So relaxing. We had a brief issue with the AC however the management company (especially Judy) took care of things right away and were extremely responsive. Loved having the golf cart. It’s a MUST HAVE! Highly recommend this house.

Great house

This house was beautiful inside and out. The pool and putting area right across the street was a bonus. The golf cart was great and in excellent condition. Loved this home and recommend it to anyone. Judy with Russell vacations was great to work with and very responsive. We are never ready to leave and can't wait to return to Sandestin.

The house is great; perfect lay out and clean! It’s directly across from the pool and putting green. Just steps away. Not close to the beach if that is important to you. Golf cart can get you there but it’s not the most convenient.

Great home

The house was the perfect place for our family’s vacation. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool being just steps from the front door. The screened-in porch was nice for evenings just sitting outside for awhile. The home came with a 4 person golf cart which we used A LOT! It would have been better if the golf cart could hold 6 people but other than that, it was nice. We were able to ride it to Publix and other shops, to Baytowne Village for dinner and snow cones. And then to the beach which was a short trip from the house. We had an issue with the compressor for the a/c. After calling Russell Vacation, a serviceman was there in no time to check on it. Being in the Sandestin resort is very nice. We would definitely stay here again.
