The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was very clean. However, the shower and bathroom was so outdated that it was literally falling apart. For an upscale downtown hotel, I expected a nicer, more usable bathroom.

I love the service provided in a hotel setting in a quaint art deco style setting in downtown Milwaukee. Unbeatable for a visitor from the west coast.
