We arrive and we stood at the counter because the system was down. Then we get into our room and tried to take a shower the shower was not working. We did report it and no one came to check on it. The whole time we were the for two days.

The room felt neglected; like it had not been occupied for over 1 month. The phone didn’t work, the TV was broken, there was no garbage can and it was not that clean. I had to buy Clorox wipes from store and wipe the room down myself. The only good comment I have is for the maintenance guy who replaced the broken TV, thank you!
