Fantastic location, but for what we paid in total, the value wasn't great. I'm not a typical negative review-leaver, so I will try to be as objective as possible.Stairs/entryway: Smelled mildewy/like there was maybe a mold issue, but there were many air fresheners to help cover it.Bathroom: Some mold/mildew on the caulking in the shower. Toilet wasn't secured to the floor as well as it should be, so the toilet would rotate a bit even when more gently sitting down/getting up. Faucet took a bit of strength to turn on.Living room/common: Couch seemed clean (no crumbs or residues), but was fairly stained so it didn't feel as clean.Kitchen: Stools were stained. Sink was slower to drain and faucet was a little loose and stream was erratic.Bedroom: One stain on fitted sheet. Only one blanket was provided in the room and it was a fairly thin throw.Lofted bed-space: Likely not a mattress, but was a mattress topper/pad. Also only a throw blanket was provided.Communication: I submitted a question when booking that was never responded to. Also, the water in the unit shut off unexpectedly at 10pm and after nearly an hour of no response to texts, I had to call to get a response. Water being off was the city's fault, but there was definitely a communication breakdown within the host/co-host system. However, I will say that the co-host genuinely seemed to care about figuring out how to help which I appreciated, and followed up in the morning to apologize for the trouble and check in.
