The rooom was spacious, the beds comfy, there was a full size refrigerator and stove. I liked the separate sitting area and separate bedroom. The room smelled like stale smoke/ Marijuana, the toilet had dried feces on the bowl, the bathroom trash hadn't been emptied and there was a used condom in it, thede was a half eaten sandwich left in the refrigerator.

Upon checking in, I found our room was not clean. It looked clean initially, but when I turned down the bed, there were numerous hairs all over the sheets! Found an empty soda bottle on the floor under the bed and only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. I immediately called the phone number I was given. First, I was told they were totally booked, and there were no other rooms, but they would send someone immediately to clean the room. It was already 10 PM. She then realized they had one more room available and they quickly moved us. The new room was fine, no issues. It just left a little uneasiness. It would have been better if we walked in and the beds were unmade, etc. They were very apologetic and rectify the situation right away.

Property is older and needs some maintenance. It was clean and good for a quick stay. Noisy area and “neighbors” both nights. Good communication with management.

The room wreaked of cigarette smoke, it was suffocating. The carpet was disgusting, someone’s shoes were left in the closet so the cleaners clearly didn’t look there. Sheets were clean but stained. Floor was uneven so you’d trip. Definitely won’t stay here again.

So many things went wrong. When we arrived we had been driving for several hours. To our dismay, there was no toilet paper in the room. I called the contact person for our stay and asked if we were supposed to have brought our own. 10 minutes later a young man arrived with our toilet paper. By then we were dying to go. We were exhausted, used the bathroom, and quickly went to bed. In the morning, we realized there was only one towel in the room and it was *very obviously used.* In short, the night before when we went to bed we had dried our hands and faces on SOMEONE ELSE’S FILTHY TOWEL. We were beyond grossed out. The more I think about it the madder & madder I get. We left immediately. I complained of course. I hope to God our bedding had at least been changed. They gave us $100 back, but they should’ve issued a complete refund. Thanks for the $100 bucks lady, doesn’t fix the fact I wiped my face on some strangers backside. Thanks for ruining our trip. She said she would “remind the staff.” Big frickin’ deal. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER in my life.

The property was clean and close to restaurants, stores, and gas stations. The property had a full kitchen, but it doesn't include any utensils, dishes, pots/pans, etc. This is a bit inconvenient for people who are traveling and staying a few days.

When we got settled and sat on the couch there was a strong odor of urine. Couldn't even sit near the couch area. There is no tv in the bedroom had to get the folding chair out my car to watch tv. Definitely needs to be looked at other then that it was ok, looks newly updated. It is was odd there is no office. Got a text with room number and door code.
