Several ice machines were down and none of the hand sanitizers machines had any sanitizer in them. That is definitely something to fix as it keeps germs down. Other than that we had a awesome time been here 5 other occasions and would definitely return

I arrived with my kid at midnight after a concert. In one of the beds, when my kid went to sleep, we found, below the blanket, tissue paper wrapping something, I assumed it was as condom or a sanitary towel. My kid and I had to sleep on the other bed. It was too late to make a complaint. Also, I found in the room, food residues on the floor. Clearly the room (209) was not cleaned properly. What we found under the blanket means that they did not even changed the sheets from the previous guest. I complained the next day at the front desk, they were surprised, offered an apology, but no reimbursement. Never again. Stay away from this property.

The room was clean and very spacious. The beds and pillow were extremely comfortable. Parking was fine, and breakfast was pretty good. The young lady at the front desk was it interested in being there, but everyone else we interacted with was great.

The staff was brilliant - the hotel decor and design was pleasing. I was in room 221 and the colors and space of the bath was great (I mentioned this to my wife as soon as we walked in) - but my shower did have mold discolored caulk around the bottom of the shower and that is one thing that customers notice and have problems with. Otherwise it was a great room, facility and staff (everyone we interacted with from front desk, managers and shuttle drivers were great).
