Beautiful historic building with comfortable fairly basic rooms. 100 year old elevator requiring attendant is a bit inconvenient. I just used stairs but if that was a problem, elevator is a potential issue. Water pressure in shower quite weak. Staff was helpful. Location is great!

Cute place, looks like a European hotel, and is located in a great part of Coral Gables, so you can walk everywhere. The bathroom was great, with a fantastic shower. My only minor observation was that the front desk clerk was a little austere and could be a bit more friendly. They offered free breakfast, too, which I was not even aware of until the next morning.

My only complaint is that housekeeping started making so much noise in the hallway at 8:30 in the morning. They didn't stop making noise and talking loudly. we gave up and got up and left at 10am.
