The staff was friendly, but difficult for a non-Spanish speaker to fully understand. The building is old, but I think they make a concerted effort at maintaining it and keeping it fresh. The only critique I have is that the owners should budget for better, sound proof glass for the windows in the rooms. We heard all commotion outside when trying to sleep.

Stayed for one night before leaving on our cruise. The location is convenient to walk to a lot of areas and is right beside a metro mover station. The river is noisy and if I was staying more than one night, the noise would be an issue. All around good hotel and sufficient for what we needed for our one night in Miami.

WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. THE WORST HOTEL IN BRICKELL MIAMI. Terrible mattresses. So uncomfortable. Giant gap under the front door that made the hallway noise extra loud and enabled abundant light to come into the room. We had to roll up a towel and place it in the door gap to make our room dark. The tiny TV in the room was so antiquated that it wasn’t even a Smart TV. No streaming possible, and WiFi was sloooow. Moldy and split caulking in the shower and on the bathroom floor edges. Broken windows and ridiculous paper thin window glass. This lack of acoustic insulation made every outdoor noise come into the room at an excessively loud level. We were 12 floors high, and could hear people talking in the road. The traffic noise was so loud that we had the worst night of rest in over 30 years of traveling. Also, one elevator was broken. This caused chaos and delays for everyone. 5-15 minute wait for an elevator to take you to or from your level. Staff was rude. They did not care. Valet was a clustered mess. Understaffed and too confined to handle multiple cars at once. We finally parked across the street in very pricy public parking to eliminate ourselves from waiting so long for proper valet service. Yet, we were still required to pay $50 for valet service worth ten cents. Recommend this place to the in-laws you don’t like. NEVER stay here. Especially if you are expecting a quality night of rest and relaxation. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We highly recommend you to avoid this hotel.

Location was good, easily able to walk to a lot of restaurants and such. The bathroom was not good. We had to hold the flush handle for 30 full seconds to flush the toilet effectively, which is crazy for the amount we paid per night. Breakfast was okay, warm hard boiled eggs are just weird and not my thing.

Overall, this hotel needs to be updated in all areas - physical spaces/decor, technology, and the breakfast options. However, it was adequate for what I needed for one night, and the staff was very polite and professional. Also, it’s located in a very noisy neighborhood with automobile traffic swirling around the complex and airplane traffic overhead - it seems to be located directly below the MIA airport takeoff and landing approaches.
