Fun Stay

Loved this property! Even though it wasn't on the beach, the view of the canal was still beautiful! Amenities and decor were top notch. Had a small issue with the cleanliness of the floor but did contact the property manager about it and they were very responsive and apologetic. Would highly recommend this rental!

It worked

The property was suitable for our needs. I wouldn't describe it as perfect but it met our needs. By the images, I would have thought the pool was closer to our unit. The area is somewhat urban, being just off the highway. It worked for us though, at the end of the day.

Perfect location

Perfect for a family

We stayed here for one night before our cruise departed. Check in was easy and the property manager was very responsive to all our needs. They promptly delivered a pack n play with sheets and a blanket after I called to request one. My boys had a great time playing in the pool too! There’s a Starbucks within walking distance and we enjoyed dinner by the water at Dolphins on site.

Great property but Check-In Process and Communication Needs Improvement

The townhouse and property was ilocated in a convenient location, the property was clean, and had all items needed to enjoy our stay. There was one area that needs improvement and that is the communication of the rental property, how to access it, and rental changes. A few days before our arrival, I was sent an address and access code to the property. However, upon our arrival at 11 PM, the unit was occupied by another family and we were running around trying to figure out how to get a hold of the property management company to get a new location. After 30 minutes of searching the property, we found a number at the office. Ruby gave us another address that we struggled to find in the dark and it took us another 20 minutes to find it in the dark. I was told a text was sent with the new unit address but I never received it via text or email. As a result, I would ask for a refund of part of our stay for the 2 nights due to the inconvenience. We had a large party and this caused us alot of hassle at 11 PM at night after driving 10+ hours. The only other complaint was there was a high ball glass with a chip in the lip of it and one of the occupants went to drink out of it, did not see the chip, and cut his lip on it. Otherwise, the property was great and a nice place to stay before we left for our cruise.

An excellent location at a reasonable price

The property is located in an excellent location with close proximity to Kennedy Space Center, island beaches, and Orlando attractions. The pool is well-maintained and provides an excellent opportunity to relax in the warm FL sun. The Dolphin Grill located on the property has a very good menu that allows for a noon snack or an evening meal without leaving the complex. The only caution we would have for longer-term guests is that this is unlike most VRBOs that we have stayed at in the past in that it supplies NOTHING after your initial 2-3 days. Our stay was for 6 weeks and we had to supply our own toilet tissue, paper toweling, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning supplies (other than a broom), bath soap, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. Cooking utensils are limited and at least in our unit, there was no pizza cutter. Housekeeping comes in every two weeks at which time they change the linens and do a light cleaning. Despite the above shortcomings, we are looking forward to returning for a couple of months, Thank you Ruby!

very nice property

Property was just as advertised. Very near great eateries, on-site pool was enjoyed although hottub was being serviced. Got to watch dolphins and what looked to be a manatee, osprey and pelicans. On-site restaurant, Dolphins, was delicious.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at the property for the weekend while visiting Kennedy space center. The house is very clean and has everything you might need. The neighborhood is super cute and conveniently located very close to the attractions, beach and restaurants. There is a waterfront restaurant on site with great food and nice atmosphere.

Beautiful property! Perfect location as well.

My family and I stayed here during the week my son was at space camp. It was perfectly located (right down the street from Kennedy) and had all the needed amenities for comfort while we were away. Definitely will stay here again!
