While the property provided a great family friendly space with beautiful views, it was unfortunately let down by a few issues:- No hot water on arrival as the gas cylinders were empty. The property managers advised they could not replace the gas due to it being a public holiday, and suggested that we purchase a replacement gas cylinder and fit it ourselves. We had no hot water for 24 hours.- Significant black mould on the ceiling in the downstairs "bathroom".- Mould in the grout in the upstairs bathrooms.- A hole in the floor in one of the bathrooms, covered over with duct tape.- Dishwashing detergent and hand soap bottles were empty.- A large bin overflowing with rubbish outside the front door on arrival. This was brought to the attention of the property manager but was not removed during the week we were there.- No Breville coffee machine as advertised.- Personal items (medical devices) left in the bathroom drawers and clothes in the bedroom wardrobe.Overall disappointing as the property has great potential., Would not recommend staying here in its current state.
