"Our stay at this VRBO “My Place” spa retreat was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to offer peace, privacy, and luxury. Oh, and their side by side tubs were the true highlight— not only relaxing but created a very romantic setting. Every detail was perfectly thought of. We turned on the tv “that’s conveniently placed in front of the tubs”… on to you-tube channel to calming music which made the whole space feel like a private wellness sanctuary.The hosts, Dan and his Wife were incredibly responsive, welcoming and very accommodating offering local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The Spa has a fridge & kitchenette with everything needed to prepare your own meals. We especially appreciated the eatery next door “My Place” offering a full bar, delicious burgers and more. A live band and karaoke. They also offer happy hour. So whether you're looking to unwind, recharge, a honeymoon night, a romantic getaway or simply treat yourself, this space rental is an absolute gem. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our next visit. Next time we are going to try the room next door called “The Barn” we can just imagine that its also as beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed as the “Spa” If we could give this place a 10 Star we would, We definitely Highly recommend it !Thank You Dan!"

"We had the greatest time at this hotel! The staff were the absolute best at tending to every detail and every need with speed, care and a happy and smiling face. The breakfast everyday was such a lovely spread of yumminess with biscuits and gravy to home fries and sausage or bacon. The staff really work overtime in making sure it’s as clean as possible. Didn’t get the two names of the ones who helped the most but it was the last with glasses and dark hair and the man with the bun that worked the front desk and kitchen area that made our trip so enjoyable! The deserve a raise! The only thing o wish we had known was that there was no elevator. We were second floor middle of the hall and so going from the car and loading or unloading to just breakfast, laundry or the pool really made us tired—for healthy people without false hips, it wouldn’t be a big deal, and next time, we know to request first floor as to avoid this."

"There were several cabins along the river. Rooms were well appointed with mini fridge, fireplace and sitting area. A short walk away is the lodge that had full breakfast everyday and appetizers in the late afternoon. Lots of public areas to sit and relax. It's close to lots of restaurants yet feels secluded when you're there. We would stay here again."
