The Host were amazing! Very professional & checked in on us periodically. Offered us an extra night & let us take our time on check out date. The pictures on this app doesn’t do this place justice, I was so shocked by all the space and lay out of this condo, just absolutely beautiful & so so clean! We spent most of our time on the patio bar, such a comfortable place overall. This Memphis trip was a last minute planning, so no hotels were available but I’m so glad, I’ll never stay in another hotel when we visit again. So sad to leave but can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Gem in the City

Everything about the Edge Penthouse met or exceeded our expectations. The owners are friendly and kind. The neighborhood is welcoming with everything you need within walking distance - restaurants, liquor store, groceries, and more. It has a great downtown feel without being right in the mix near Beale Street, but close enough that you can get to Beale Street and the riverfront with a walk, drive, or rideshare. We would absolutely stay in the Edge Penthouse again!

Fantastic funky loft space

Very spacious and fun loft-style dwelling with beautiful roof-top deck. Bedrooms are lovely. Lots of spaces for families to spread out. Could easily hold 3-generation gatherings or multiple families. Kitchen was stocked with lots of staples and some snacks!

Perfect fit

We had a baby shower for expecting family that live in Memphis. The location and accommodations fit our needs perfectly for us family members from out of town. We could walk to the venue where the celebration was held, as well as other places for food and drinks in The Edge District.Also, could not ask for better host! They took great care of us. We will defiantly stay here again.

Wonderfully Centrally Located

The accommodations were excellent. The unit was close to a lot of the sites we wanted to visit and we had a personal parking garage. Tasty food spots were walking distance (although it was too cold to walk). The rooms were spacious (I hate that word but it's the most accurate). The owner met us at the unit and gave us a tour of the "penthouse." He also gifted us with numerous treats, including locally made libations. We really enjoyed the hospitality!

This property had so much character, tons of room for our party of six and the host was so gracious and hospitable. Great location although we did have a car so didn’t walk much (weather wasn’t permitting either). Could have easily walked to Beale St. Our time was short there and could have stayed longer. Next time!

Mom's 90th Birthday Celebration

The moment we walked in the door of the penthouse we were in awe! That place was phenomenal, beautiful, safe, clean, and perfect for our stay! We were able to catch a quick Lyft downtown and was inexpensive. The trip to Graceland for my mom's birthday was everything she dreamed of and more! It was very close distance wise as well. The people we ran into in Memphis were all very friendly! Our hosts the Todd's were THE VERY BEST! I would definitely recommend this penthouse to anyone coming to the city because it is a great location and close to everything!!!!!!

Perfect for our Girl’s Trip!

This is a special property! Communication with the owners was great. Spacious, beautifully decorated, well maintained, great location, and a rooftop deck that is perfect for early morning coffee and late night wine/cocktails. Our girl’s group loved it! Great Location & Inviting

The location was great; walking distance to ball field, downtown, and the river front. The hosts were very friendly and available to answer any questions. The home was clean, roomy, fun vibes, and stocked with the amenities of home. The kitchen had basics, the laundry had a steamer, and there was a speaker fo connect to. Just like home! I would return if visiting Memphis again.

This is an amazing place! Great location, with nearby new restaurant, close to a great coffee shop, and Sun Recording Studio. The accommodations were awesome; we were a party of 6 and the place can handle another 2-4 easily. Great gathering spots, nice kitchen, everything worked. We'd return in a heartbeat.
