"We arrived after a 3 hour drive from Colombo to find the hotel had emailed 30 minutes earlier to cancel our booking. I was told there was no water or electricity in the room due to an unforeseen maintenance issue. They did at least find us alternative accommodation. Still waiting on being refunded ..."
