This premier home boasts a large private salt water pool & hot tub, with plenty of outdoor entertaining space that includes an outdoor kitchen with smart TV, fireplace, hammock, and plenty of outdoor seating. Inside is all new furniture, appliances, granite bar/countertops and 4 more smart TVs including in 2 of the bedrooms. Easy drive to the beach and all that Melbourne has to offer. Relax in style without the huge crowds.

SECURITY
The property is protected by 5 security cameras around the perimeter of the house. Two in the front yard overlooking the driveway and front door, one along the side of the house overlooking the side garage entrance and two in the backyard overlooking the back entrance and pool area. These cameras are not actively monitored but are used by authorities in case of a safety or security incident at the property.
