The room was clean, amenities nice, beautiful view and polite staff however there were a few things that made the stay not so great: - Location is not great, no tram in close proximity (or not in operation) and not much to do in the immediate area, you will have to travel daily into the city or port to find activities and good food places. - There is a washing machine in the room but no dryer or drying rack? - Bit strange that a 5 star hotel doesnt provide cotton slippers/bathrobe - The elevator system they have is terrible, you cant just enter an elevator like normal hotels, it is a much longer wait time due to individually assigned elevators and when you finally get one m9st of the time it is full and you have to wait for a specific one again. All in all for the price you can get a equivelent reputable hotel in the city centre which would be a much better choice in my opinion.

This was a great stay. The room was spotless, as was every other area of the hotel (foyer, gym, outdoor areas & breakfast area) I was staying for my birthday and received a bottle of wine and a room upgrade at no extra charge which I wasn’t expected but extremely grateful for. Staff were very friendly and efficient, was able to park on the street outside of the hotel and had free parking over the weekend, the gym was great and everywhere had perfect views of the city. The screen casting wasn’t working on my tv but that was the only little issue I could find with my stay. I’ll be looking to stay here again definitely :)

Booked in morning for one night stay was happily surprised with how easy to find . Great location , in walking distance to South Bank or $10 Uber. Parking at DFO super easy and only $30 for 24hrs! Room clean with all that is needed for cooking on 2 hot plates . Full size fridge. Will definitely stay again .
