The house itself was great for our group, plenty of space for everyone to hang out without feeling like you were on top of each other. However, the little things that can make a stay great weren't quite there. The microwave was broken and when maintenance came to look at it, they just said "no good" and left and we never heard anything else about it getting fixed. The flooring was coming up in a few places and we had to put a band aid on one of the spots to keep people from scraping their toe on the sharp edge. In the kitchen there were very few pans, bowls, and other things needed for cooking meals including no staple ingredients like cooking oil, Pam, seasonings etc. While these are all small things, when you have 10 similar rental properties in the same complex, the little things can make the difference on which property you choose.
