House was great, parking was a major problem. I read all the instructions told them we woukd having three cars, 2 we knew could be parked outside. I asked if there was a garage. They said yes we should be covered for three cars only to find out the garage was a playroom. They wouldn't issue us another parking pass and told us to find our own offsite parking because the overflow parking was full. That was not the case overflow was empty by 50% the whole time we were there, certain people said they'd help us and didn't. We spent the first two days back back-and-forth, turned out to be quite a headache.We received a schedule of events for six months earlier, and when I asked for an updated when they told us there were no events in that facility. Very confusing.The house is beautiful, we enjoyed our time even if there were a few issues.
