Great location and perfect place for our small family

The condo is right on the river and even in the winter, it's just a beautiful place to be. Having the wood burning fireplace made for the perfect indoor ambiance as well. The condo was clean and well stocked -- would definitely stay here again.

Florida view on McCall Winter wonderland!

We had a awesome time! Property was clean and kept us warm during the polar vortex! Town us near by so we didn't have to travel far for fireworks and parade! Would stay again

Miserable experience!!!!!

First off, the property was was not ready on time and it was trashed by the previous renters. Garbage on the floor and smelled terrible. Called vacasa to get another unit, nothing available for us. Vacasa said they would buy us dinner while the unit was cleaned, have not seen credit for dinner. Vacasa said they would also credit us cleaning fees - have not received one cent back from them. Vacasa is a joke! Can never speak to anyone that can solve an issue! Have spent way to much time talking to the first line customer service reps that don’t do anything but waste your time. I will not rent from any unit that is associated with Vacasa again. The unit itself is ok. It is third floor and hotter than hell! One little fan to move air, not enough. Very basic kitchen accessories and the couch and chairs look great in a picture but are terrible to sit on, your butt almost hits the floor! Would not stay in this unit again! Overall not a relaxing stay and Vacasa is just a complete waste of time and energy!!!

Never rent again

Checkin was confusing. Had to park in garage or risk towing, needed to climb to the third floor. Get keys, then walk back to car and figure out which door would open, no remote control. Called the three phone numbers provided with questions got called back 6 days later the day before we left from a week visit. I would never go there again. Needed A/C didn’t have it. Sheets were not clean place was dusty. Washer didn’t work properly. Bottom line don’t rent this place. I’ll never rent again

This review is really more about the property management company, Vacasa than the property itself. Vacasa is pretty good about getting back to you initially, but follow up has been non-existent. When we first arrived we noticed that the pool was covered with a solar cover. We weren't sure if we were allowed to remove the cover so we could use it, so I emailed Vacasa. They got back to me right away and said they would find out as soon as possible, but we never got an answer about the pool and weren't able to use it. The carpets are pretty dirty and could use a cleaning. There was also a lot of dust throughout the house even on things like dressers in the bedroom, to me it seems like they should've been freshly dusted. The balcony hadn't been swept and there was a lot of bat poo and sand. There was also a towel hung up in the bathroom that was so stained and gross we couldn't use it. I'm sure it had been washed but it was really gross. After we left I sent all of this info in an email to Vacasa. They replied quickly that they appreciated the feedback and they would follow up with me quickly. But here we are, almost a week later and I haven't heard anything from them. I would love to rent a place in McCall that's NOT managed by Vacasa, but unfortunately it seems like they have the monopoly there and manage pretty much all the properties I could find. This is not the first time we've had issues with them in McCall.

Close to town

Great location to town and the lodge. The property also has a pool and tennis courts. We brought our bikes and rode into town a few times. There is also one bike at the property. Our only issue was due to high temperatures (97 to 100) during our stay we had to leave a day early. The condo is one a third floor and facing east/west so you get sun mornings and evening. It just never cooled down. There are ceiling fans and one portable fan but it didn’t help. This was no fault of the owners but something to consider. The property is located on the river and has a nice view. Water pressure in the master bath is pretty low but over all nice place. Just wish it was cooler during our stay.

Family visit

We were in the area to visit with family. The unit had a nice view of the river. It is close to a grocery store and downtown McCall along with the lake are only minutes away. Everything as advertised and well stocked for the stay. It is an upstairs unit so if your elderly you might think about that but we had no issues.

McCall Snowbike trip

This is a great VRBO. Beautiful area that's close to everything. Parking is a bit lacking if you have a trailer. The unit had a great updated master bathroom with cool double headed shower, but water pressure was almost non-existent. Otherwise great place

Great location, great condo

We went to McCall & surrounding area to try cross country skiing & to relax. We loved the condo as it has everything we needed & free iced good use out of the fireplace. Loved the view & easy access to the condo. Our only issue is the water pressure in the master bath as the pressure was so low that we could not use the shower & had to use shower in other bathroom. Other than that, we really enjoyed the condo & our time there.

McCall getaway..

Awesome long weekend in McCall! This condo was such a treat to come back to after a long day skiing at Brundage. Clean, cozy, wood fireplace(thank you for leaving wood to burn), a loft for my son to escape to, beautiful river view and a garage to park in. Downfalls-kitchen lighting, water pressure in the master bath, pots & pans. Due to the long busy weekend and Covid, we decided to eat all meals in except one evening. It would've been nice to have some updated pots & pans for cooking, but we made do. I would recommend this place.
