Lovely hotel. Quiet, comfortable beds, clean, great gym and the staff were fantastic . I can’t use lifts and they were very accommodating letting me use emergency stairs. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they were all very helpful .

The only negative comment I have it that the Toilet is very tiny and LOW . It would be SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE if you had CHAIR HEIGHT Toilets. The staff was very friendly and room was very comfortable.
