Stay was wonderful. I didnt like they didnt have my reservation and holiday was closed. So the resort had no info of reservation. You need to correct that because that left a bad taste. Beach access is perfect. Condo itself was nice except couldn't figure iut how to hang shower without flooding the bathroom(it should be mounted in someway) everyone at the resort were friendly. Its close to most dining and shopping. We were able to walk the distance.

The front desk manager was not helpful - quite brusque at check-in. However the Valets were very helpful and friendly. They get 5 stars. The location was also perfect - close to everything, so this gets 5 stars. We were disappointed that there was not a place to sit inside the unit, other than sitting on the couch. Unfortunately it was very hot in the afternoon on the balcony, which was the only place with a table and 2 chairs. Mostly we were surprised and unhappy at the "class" structure denoted by those with specific towel colors in the building. Chairs at the beach and prime sitting locations were reserved for those with specific color towels. Other guests staying in the building also commented on this. It felt awkward and uncomfortable. When we lugged our own chairs down to the beach one day to sit, other guests at the property sitting on the "reserved" chairs asked us to move! As a result, we would not return to this property.

great location

great location, friendly staff and would definetly stay again. Only complaint was there was no kitchen table. We had to eat on the outside patio deck and it was cold and rainy during out stay.

Beautiful Stay

This is our fifth stay at marco beach ocean resort, and suite 910 did not disappoint. It is a beautifully upgraded, accessible friendly unit with an incredibly comfortable king bed and lots of amenities to enjoy. The Marco island area is truly special, with many fabulous restaurants within walking distance and one of the most pristine and beautiful beaches in all of Florida. Truly a romantic or family friendly locale, this destination is fabulous.

Spring Break

We had a great stay! The rental was clean and comfortable! There were plenty of bath and beach towels. Great view of the ocean and nightly sunsets! Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops! Would stay in this unit again!

Back in paradise

We’ve been coming to Marco since 1985 when we honeymooned there. Over the years we have stayed at a relatives condo, a relatives house and at the Marriott. This year the Marriott was full and the price was greatly increased, so we found this unit on VRBO. It was everything we could have wanted and more. The view from the balcony was amazing, and location to restaurants and shopping is ideal, the unit is clean and has everything you need and the rental property agency was very easy to work with. Will definitely use this property again if it’s available when we return to Marco.

Beautiful sunsets

This is a beautifully building with lots of amenities. The view from this unit is fantastic and easy accessibility to the pool, the beach, restaurants, walking trails etc. we will rent again! It is a very nice property!

Lovely Stay

The condo was very nice, We were there for a week and enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable as was the sofa in the living area. The bathroom was large with a great shower. Only one elevator was working and that did lead to waits during busy times right after Christmas. The condo did come with two chairs and an umbrella for the beach. I wish we were allowed to use the resort lounge chairs. There was an abundance of them even if it was holiday time. They were never all in use the week we were there. Pool chairs can be a challenge when people go down to the pool and claim their chairs then don't show up for two hours to use them. I didn't experience this but others did. Everyone who worked the resort was very nice and helpful. We would return. The beach was absolutely beautiful.

Overall not a bad place to stay.

The rental was a nice property. The only issues we had that where not resolved where the ants all through the bathroom and kitchen area. We called and told them the day we arrived about the issue and it was never resolved. Ants where by the bed as you step onto the floor. They where by our towels in the bathroom and on the kitchen countertop. It was unresting knowing we had bugs crawling around our belonging and or possibly on our person. The air filter in the kitchen ceiling was very dirty as well and we had told them about this issue also. It was also not resolved during our stay. Overall not a bad place. They just need to be more efficient with addressing complaints that involve bugs.

Lovely little condo

Condo was clean and remodeled. Cabinets well stocked. View and facilities were very nice. Nice comfy king sized bed! Although it was a bit pricey, we had a great stay.

Wouldn’t stay again

First of all, if I ever decided to vacation in Marco Island again, which is unlikely, I would not stay at the Marco Island Beach Resort. The “beachside restaurant” is 3 tables in an alley next to the parking garage. Our view from the property is nice, but unfortunately their other restaurant that is only open on weekends and is the most expensive on the island (and that’s saying something) blocks the view to the ocean. The property is as pictured. The owners have strict rules regarding the air conditioning that has to be set between 70-75 degrees and the air conditioning is not supposed to be shut off, but even if the thermostat is set to 75, it stays a constant 71-72 and forcefully blasts cold air in the living area. We were freezing the entire time and were only provided one thin blanket for the fold out couch. There is also a 5” piece of trim that runs along the entire wall of the sliding door to the balcony and is a major safety hazard. I have small children and fortunately I was the only one that tripped, but it doesn’t seem to serve a purpose besides being a tripping hazard. The property owner needs to be more specific about what vehicles can be parked in the owners parking area on the second floor of the parking garage. I don’t remember seeing this information when originally booking the trip. Unless you are traveling in a small vehicle, your car won’t make it with the extremely low ceilings, no SUVs or trucks will make it.

Short getaway for a wedding

I was very happy with everything at this property. The unit is exactly as stated inside and is very nice. We loved that there were beach chairs and towels to take to the beach. The pool was also nice with towels and lounge chairs to sit and enjoy the day. The property is within walking distance to many places to eat and drink. We rented a car so having a parking spot in the garage was very nice. The view of the ocean at sunset was amazing from the balcony. Overall we had a great getaway here.
