Villa Anima Calma located in a village Filipana surrounded with vineyards and olive groves, 20 min drive from Pula city. It's a completely new build two bedrooms family villa with private pool. The villa is equipped in a slightly rustic style. Consists of the ground floor with a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room (sofa can be converted into a bed 140x200cm) and a toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms that exude a spa atmosphere.
Outside is lounge area and outdoor pool (32 sqm) with five comfortable wooden deck chairs. Outside the pool there is a summer kitchen with toilet, covered porch with a large table and outdoor grill.
In the yard there is a children's playground and garden with organic vegetables that offer you to pick and eat them.
Due to its characteristics, this villa is ideal as family accommodation. Four people are optimal, five people are the maximum.

Upon arrivals guest have to give 300 € security deposit which will be returned upon check out if no damage is found.

Perfekter Familienurlaub!!! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit viel liebe eingerichtet. Selbst unser Hund hatte eine riesen freude, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt bzw mit einer mauer versehen ist, so das man auch seine Privatsphäre hat. Man ist in 20 Min mit dem auto am strand oder auch in Pula. Der Pool war für jeden von uns ein Highlight. Sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Das Haus ist noch sehr neu und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir hatten noch nie so eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Gläsern und Tellern in allen Varianten. Der Pool ist superschön. Wir haben kaum Ausflüge gemacht, da wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und komplett umzäunt, so dass auch unser Hund sehr viel Spaß hatte. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Danijela und Goran sind sehr freundlich, haben uns gute Tipps gegeben und vor Abreise extra noch den leckeren Weißwein vorbei gebracht, der uns so gut geschmeckt hat. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Super Haus auf Istrien

Super Haus mit allen was einen Urlaub zum angenehmen Aufenthalt macht. Die Befürchtungen das der Pool nicht sauber ist. Unbegründet. Der Pollmann kommt 2mal die Woche ganz in= diskret ohne das man es merkt. Grill und Tisch im Schatten. Im Außenbereich ein WC ( insgesamt 4 WC im ganzen Haus ) vorhanden; auch eine Pooldusche. Durch und Durch ein Super Haus für 4 Personen. PS: ein kleiner Tipp an den Vermieter. In den Schlafräumen gibt es keine Möglichkeit getragene Wäsche abzulegen oder aufzuhängen. Man will doch die getragene Wäsche nicht im Schrank ablegen.

Nie mehr was anderes. Einfach Top

Wir waren 10 Tage im Urlaub und hatten Erholung pur. Die Besitzer vom Haus (Familie Komadina) empfingen uns herzlich und wir fühlten uns schon willkommen. Dann das Haus, einfach Weltklasse. Ausrüstung Top! Sauberkeit und Ausstattung Top! Leute, wir waren schon viel unterwegs in anderen Ferienhäusern. Aber dies hier ist einfach Spitzenklasse. Wer hier allerdings Party usw. sucht ist hier falsch! Denn das Haus liegt ruhig und zum erholen. Genauso wollten wir das! Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten in Pula oder in 20 Minuten in Medulin zum shoppen oder flanieren. Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Also alles kein Problem. Danke nochmal Familie Komadina für den unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder! 😉

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen!

Liebe Danijela, wir hatten im Juli 2021 einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Eurem Ferienhaus! Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür. Wir verbrachten 9 Tage im Ferienhaus in Filipana. Wir kamen voller Erwartungen und Erholung suchend und reisten entspannt und glücklich ab. Das Ferienhaus ist neu (2021 erstmals vermietet) und erfüllt höchste Ansprüche. Wir wurden am Ankunftstag nach 14 Stunden Fahrt sehr gastfreundlich, persönlich begrüßt und mit landestypischen Schmankerln überrascht (der Wein vom benachbarten Weingut schmeckt hervorragend). Nach einer kurzen Hausführung begann unser Urlaub. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber, vom Geschirr in der Küche über die Bäder und Schlafzimmer war alles wirklich blitzeblank! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts! Die Betten waren sogar viel bequemer als unsere Betten zu Hause - wir haben geschlafen wie im Himmel. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Bad mit Dusche. In jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Weiterhin befindet sich im Erdgeschoss ein zusätzliches WC mit Waschmaschine. Im Aussenbereich findet sich der wunderschöne Pool auf uneinsehbarem Grundstück mit Poolterasse. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen und einen überdachten Sitzplatz am Poolhaus, in dem sich ausserdem eine Aussentoilette mit Dusche befindet - sehr praktisch. Die Lage des Anwesens ist sehr ruhig, wir hatten Ruhe und etwas Abgelegenheit gesucht um vom Business - Alltag zu entspannen, hier haben wir genau das gefunden. Dennoch sind wunderschöne Küstenorte wie Ronij in nächster Nähe (ca 30 Minuten), ausserdem kann man verschiedene Strände in kurzer Entfernung erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ebenfalls sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben die meiste Zeit am Pool verbracht und einfach nur die wunderschöne Landschaft und das außergewöhnliche Haus genossen. Alles in allem war unser Urlaub einer der schönsten, den wir bisher hatten! Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Haus unbedingt empfehlenswert, aber auch für Ruhe suchende Paare. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder - und dann sicher für 2 Wochen!

Traumhaft Erholsam

Da die Unterkunft sehr neu war konnten wir im Vorfeld keinerlei Bewertungen finden und waren etwas skeptisch, aber alles war super die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief top. Die Unterkunft hält genau das was sie auf den Bildern verspricht und noch mehr, man kann es nur sehr empfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen

A dream vacation

Danijela, Goran and their son Jan are super friendly and attentive. The house is beautifully built and super family friendly. There are enough space for the kids to run around and play. We got to pick fresh tomatoes, herbs, Figs and zucchini almost everyday. Shower is perfect, bed is very comfortable, lovely kitchen to cook in. Although the house is in the middle of the field, you can still get every where with auto easily. Nearby town has two restaurants which was recommended to us and I’d definitely recommend: Luna and Da Rocco. The neighbor isn’t always there, but is super friendly as well! Danijela and Goran are always there if you have any questions! Overall we just loved the house and our friends who stayed with us for the first week also did too! We would definitely stay longer if we could! Don’t miss out on this beautiful house!
