Located in the heart of town, and walking distance to everything, this

spacious, and pet-friendly 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 full bathroom townhouse has

everything to offer. With beautiful flooring throughout, new furnishings,

private laundry and a cozy gas fireplace, this home has everything to offer!

You will enjoy a quiet forest setting from the large open balcony and there is

plenty of space for everyone to spread out over the 3-levels of this cabin.

The entry offers a spacious mud room so you can unload and store all your

adventure gear. On the second level the upgraded open kitchen is great for

entertaining, with center island and stone counters and is fully stocked with

everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. A separate dining space allows

seating for 6, with additional bar seating at the kitchen island. The large

living room has a comfortable 3 piece sofa and loveseat, gas fireplace with

stone mantle and large flatscreen Smart TV so you can catch a movie or the

game all together. On the lower level, the master bedroom features a Queen bed

and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a

Queen bed and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The private washer

/ dryer is on this level for your convenience for those longer stays. The

third story features the upstairs open loft, with two twin beds plus trundles,

perfect for the kiddos! The unit has a large spacious corner deck at the front

of the property with BBQ gas grill, and an additional lower deck at the rear

of the property. The Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex offers a swimming pool

(Summer only), two year-round outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities

with parking available right in front of the unit. You can walk to the grocery

store, coffee shops, bars, shopping and restaurants. The red line shuttle

takes you throughout town on the main road, Meridian Blvd, and can quickly

shuttle you to Eagle Lodge to access the lifts. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit has 3 levels inside, is non-

smoking and pets are permitted (One pet allowed. Additional upon approval).

This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and guests will be provided two

parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free

to call our office for alternative options. PLEASE NOTE: Summer 2025

Construction Notice. There will be construction work scheduled on the roofs of

all units in this complex during the Summer of 2025. During this time, vehicle

access in and out of the complex may be impacted, and alternate parking

locations will be provided if necessary. Please note that we have no control

over the construction schedule and cannot offer refunds or credits due to this

It was a nice property in a convenient location. My gripe is with a 10:00 a.m. checkout. It makes departure rushed and that early time is different most other properties
