The description of the place matches its reviews. The price and location were great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room and ensuite bathroom was very clean. My only real complaint is the bed was super hard and uncomfortable. They offered free coffee and toast which were nice but no milk for the coffee just sugar.

This was away from the more touristy areas, but was very accessible to all parts of the city. The metro was close, there were a lot of shops and a variety of places to eat. We were able to walk to Bernabeu stadium, walk to very nice restaurants and thoroughly enjoy our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to call a taxi for us to the airport. I would stay here again. There were a lot of stairs, which weren't a problem for us, but if that's a concern, request a first floor room. They cleaned our room daily, including clean towels. I loved our stay!

Clean, conveniently located and reasonably priced, its only problem are the paper-thin walls, so bring with you your earplugs because you will hear people chatting and enjoying themselves (reasonably priced = many young guests) until 12 am and later!
