Great flat

Really nice flat and Luis was a fantastic host. We didn’t cook but all was there if we wanted to (pans, crockery etc. ). Very well stocked compared to other flats we have stayed in. Super stay.

Great stay in Malasana

My friend & I stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert. Luis was very communicative about check-in and even provided suggestions on how to get to the apartment and was very accommodating. The living room is spacious and has a great couch and a great view of the street. The queen-size bed was very comfortable and both of us were able to sleep in it. The neighborhood is fantastic!!! I was with a friend the entire time but I also would have felt very safe by myself. So many young people and cafes, squares, and cute shops. Very walkable to the metro stations. The host also provided us with neighborhood restaurant recommendations and a Flamenco show. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location.

The location couldn’t have been any better and the place was spacious and well laid out. We only weren’t happy that the room in the pics wasn’t the one made available to us. We would have also have liked the use of the washing machine but were told that we didn’t need it. Finally we were surprised that the capsule coffee machine in the pics was no where to be found in the kitchen. We maybe nitpicking here but we think it’s important that what is shown in the pics is what you are provided with.

We loved our stay at Luis’ apartment in Malasaña. The location is absolutely perfect. The space itself felt like a palace for 2 people. (I’m accustomed to humble studios in the city centre). Very clean. Easy check in. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in a local area. Lots of little shops and restaurants in walking distance, mostly in the shade. Although it doesn’t have air conditioning, it was surprisingly comfortable even when it got over 3 degrees outside. The host was super friendly and helpful, and offered all sorts of recommendations for anything we mentioned. It was a lovely welcome to Madrid!

Great stay in Madrid!

We made a last-minute reservation and Luis was very accommodating to our needs. He clearly communicated check-in procedures and any tips for the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed to cook breakfast every day. The apartment is close to the Tribunal train station and also close to shops and restaurants. Luis responded quickly to any questions we had and gave us recommendations for things to do in Madrid. We had a great trip!

It's in a hip bohemian area. It can be loud. The bedroom is now located in the back of Apartment which makes it very quiet but a bit dark- not as in photo. Bed, bedding and towels old, thin, threadbare and scratchy. Slept with clothes on and covered bed with plastic first night and went to store to buy sheets, towels, pillows and duvet cover next day- Heating was not on in building-shivered and turned on oven to stay warm first night. Actually grew to like apt after 5night stay.

The property is in a great location, easy to get to everywhere. Luis is a wonderful host - attentive and responsive. Excellent location. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Host was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat in the neighborhood. Apartment was very spacious. Great stay in Malasaña

Was the perfect landing spot for a weeklong trip to Madrid. Conveniently located between two metro lines and with tons of good restaurants and resources nearby. Luis was super communicative during our stay, even around the holidays. Definitely recommend!
