Great Experience at a great price

Great stay! I arrived at midnight to a very friendly front desk person who greeted me with a “Good morning!”, which took me back a bit since this was the end of my day, not the beginning! Check-in was quick and smooth. Room was clean and well furnished. Bed was comfortable, with a selection of both soft and firm pillows. The soap and shampoo supplies were the standard pump bottles instead of small bottles. One slight drawback was the lack of bar soap in the room for facial cleansing or if that is your preference over body wash. Breakfast was good, with a large variety of hot and cold items. I opted for biscuits and gravy and sausage, with both turkey and pork sausage available. The coffee is served from a machine that freshly grinds the beans and it was excellent. Overall, this was a great stay, with the location about a 12 minute ride share from the airport. I would highly recommend.

Great staff good hotel.

The hotel staff was Great very polite and helpful. The room on the other was quite and fairly clean but the bathroom behind the door was nasty filthy not swept or mopped in a while though I know it’s hard to clean there all you need to is go in the bathroom and close the door behind you then sweep and mop the corners. Now let’s move to the small vent in the bathroom which the clean towels are hanging on a rack under this vent. This vent was so nasty we moved our clean towels to the counter top, there was dirt/lent or whatever it was hanging out of the vent blowing right over the clean towels. This is ridiculous because all you need is a vacuum cleaner hose or a lint brush even once a week with a broom sweeping the vent off. But over all for an older hotel this was a great place and would definitely come back again.

We stayed here for two nights and received great service. ALL the staff was very friendly, the property was clean and the parking was easy. The king room we had was very spacious, clean and felt cozy. Our daughters and grandson had the room next to us which there was a connecting door. Huge plus for us as our grandson could easily go between rooms without disturbing other guest. Will defiantly stay here again.

The room itself was fine, and we appreciated the price and that parking was included, but please note the shuttle service is very limited. I called twice to confirm and was told it is “on demand” and to just “call when you need it.” That is not the case- strict 7a-7p when staff is available. Staff also was overworked, tired, and misinformed. Clearly management is to blame for this.
