Laguna BY LD Hoteles
"Los Roques is even more beautiful thanks to the outstanding hospitality at Laguna by LD. Their staff is truly exceptional. We were welcomed at the airport by Rodney, who kindly took several photos of us and helped carry our luggage to the hotel. Along the way, he answered all our questions about entertainment spots, activities, and local recommendations. Every single day during our stay, Rodney accompanied us to the boat that took us to the different cayos, and in the afternoons he was always there waiting for us to escort us back to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted with a welcome cocktail by Michelle, and shortly after José, the manager, introduced himself and explained everything related to our stay before assigning our room. He also asked us which cayo we wanted to visit that day and what we would like for lunch and drinks. Each day featured a different cayo and a different menu, carefully prepared in a cooler along with a beach bag containing food, towels, and even a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy music on the beach. The boat staff would take us to each cayo, set up the cooler, carry our bags, and install the beach umbrellas for us. After coordinating the pickup time, they would return exactly as scheduled. Every breakfast and dinner, we were warmly welcomed and attended by Michelle and Miguel, who provided excellent service and attention, always offering great food and drink options. This was truly a unique experience in both service and human warmt"
