When I first arrived, I was grateful that they had given me a first floor room per my request when I made the reservation. Even though there was only 1 staff member at the front desk when I arrived, he was very helpful in using a rolling cart to transport my bags to the room (I really appreciated the help after a long 9 hour drive). The only microwave is in the breakfast area, not in the room. The room does have a small fridge which is nice. They really should put microwaves in each of the rooms. Unfortunately, when I got ready to check out, I called the front desk to ask if they could bring the rolling cart to assist me with getting my bags to the car, on the phone their response was “we don’t have room service.” I told him I didn’t expect room service. I was simply asking for help. So, I ended up getting help with my bags being taken to my car by housekeeping staff. It’s too bad they had to have an attitude about “helping” one of their guests with bags when checking out. I also asked about the free, local shuttle, and they did say that they had one, but they had no information about it or how to direct me on a Sunday to get more information about it. That info would have been helpful if made available when checking in.

there's no fridge in the rooms, parking is pretty bad. also the pictures of the room is misleading. it looks nothing like the pictures. it's outdated. also bad fixtures, tv wasn't working and no hair dryer. won't be back

There was a dead roach in the room the entire time we dtayed there. Non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. Hot/cold options for shower only one or other was avaliable to use.

This hotel is just an okay place to stay with its location being the plus point. It's basically a two (2) stars type place that serves the purpose of sleeping and showering. They have limited parking on first come first basis. The walls are so thin that you can hear outside noise loud and clear. The floor noise from the floor above you is also loud. My room was clean but it did not have a refrigerator, microwave or an iron. Some light fixtures were not working. I wouldn't stay here again.
