This property has a lot of potential. It is in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood close to Cedars-Sinai. The studio is cute and comfortable and fairly clean. But more attention to detail in cleaning and bedding would have been nice. The couch was stained, bedding was just ok, and the towels were still damp when I unfolded them to use. My check-in experience was frustrating. I found the property easily, but was given the wrong code to enter the room. After about 20 minutes of waiting outside the door, the owner did answer my message and I was provided the correct code. But after a long day at the hospital, it was not a fun experience. And the mistake was never acknowledged- a simple “I’m so sorry” would’ve gone a long way. The tenants on the bottom floor were smoking marijuana, which drifted up the into the studio space. The smell was very overwhelming the entire stay.
