Just okay...room was loud (both neighbors, maybe some nearby ducting or something, and the AC was VERY loud). Some furniture was threadbare, there was a stain on the edge of the bedding, and a dirty fingerprint area on the bathroom wall where I think people expected a light switch to be. Overall a very dingy feel.
