It’s all good. The only negative experience is when we tried checking early, they flatly said No. Not even 30,45 minutes? With my experience at other hotels, mostly were very accommodating.

The property has serious plumbing issues. The bathroom sink was clogged since day one! The toilet didn’t flush well. There was no tap water for many hours on one day without any notice. The beds and beddings are comfortable nonetheless!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Gateway in Torrance on the 6th floor from 3/2 - 3/5 the external view of the property is exemplary, and the staff is professional and accommodating. Unfortunately, the hotel was filthy the water was shut off for the entire day and there was a terrible odor on the 6th floor. The entire hotel was unkempt and this this is very unfortunate as i think if properly remodeled could be restored to its original beauty. I would not stay in this hotel ever again.
