The staff was fantastic and the rooms were very clean the only negative is the rooms were a little beat up the flooring was taped down and was a bit of a hazard to walk over also there was no microwave in the room even though we were told there would be. Other than that It was a good stay over all

Was not informed of parking charge of $30 per day at time of booking. Was told upon arrival. Also there were only 30 spots available for 120 rooms. You had to go to front desk at 7am to reserve your parking for next day. They would not let you pay for multiple days at once. Also. Room smelled like smoke. I called front desk to let them know and they just said they would make a note of it.

Staff was friendly. Mini fridge in the room was a plus. Plenty of clean big towels. Beds comfy. Fan in bathroom worked. Tv had cable but no HBO. A/c and heat worked fine. Underground parking wasn’t the best but they did have 24hr security

The hotel wasn't clean, the elevator never worked (very slow), the area was horrible, junkies shooting up everywhere, and very limited parking in the underground motel parking lot and no parking available on the street.

Location is very convenient and they have parking for an extra $20 a night. Elevator can take a while. If you’re not carrying heavy luggage stairs might be faster. Was told there was free coffee available in the mornings but machine was broken.
