We LOVED this hotel. Just stayed a night before our cruise- walkable to so many good places to eat (habit burger, mod pizza) and they were so quick to pick us up from long beach airport. Highly recommend!

Hotel was really nice, room was great. $100 early check in fee was excessive. Room was ready - it cost them nothing to let us check in. Probably will keep me from staying at Hampton ever again.

Very Rude Desk Clerk

Everything about the stay was amazing till going to the front desk the next morning and encountering Nayeli( not sure of the spelling) She was the rudest, condescending grumpy desk clerk I have ever encountered. The other couple that rode the shuttle with us said they just walked away from her. I am back in Long Beach in April for another cruise and WILL NOT stay there again in case I would have to encounter her again. My pleasant start of the day quickly turned into a very unpleasant day because of her complete lack of customer service ( all facets of it) I do not spend my money to be treated this way.
