Great visit to see our daughters

Took extended family to visit our daughters in college nearby. Had a great time in this home! Beautiful views, well stocked kitchen, gas grill and comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

Amazing Place, Great Owners

We stayed at this location for a few days with friends and absolutely had a wonderful time. The location had beautiful views and located in an area that was easily accessible to Cloud Canyon State Park, Trenton, and Chattanooga. We wish we had time to stay longer! The owners are nearby and very kind and friendly. The house was clean and well managed. Hope to do it again soon!

Quick Fall Break Trip

My husband and my 21 and 17 year old kids stayed in the house for three nights. The house was immaculate and the views from the back deck were amazing. We visited Rock City and Ruby Falls nearby and went to downtown Chattanooga several times. I would 100 percent recommend.

Nothing short of amazing!

The home was thoughtfully stocked and thoroughly clean. We didn't need for anything while we were there. The home is beautiful and the view is even more so. Lookout Mtn definitely has the most expansive views we've ever seen on our mountain vacations. The surrounding area had lots of fun stuff to explore as well. We stayed a week and still didn't fit everything in! The kids and adults all had a blast! This vacation was much more than that...it was an experience that we will all remember. Thank you to the hosts for allowing us to stay in your home. It made the trip all that more relaxing and comfortable to come "home" each evening to such a beautiful place.

Top Notch Property

This property is outstanding! The long range Mountain View’s are spectacular! It is super clean & beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and luxury bedding. Every possible kitchen and dining item you might need is included. The location is very convenient for day trips into Chattanooga and only minutes from Rock City and Ruby Falls.

Restful Retreat

This is a gorgeous home with stunning views. We loved exploring Chattanooga as tourists, but found it was difficult to leave this sanctuary each day. The westward facing views are truly incredible. Every amenity has been thought of for your comfort - a fully stocked kitchen and high quality linens. I highly recommend the property and cannot wait to return.

We had a great time. The house was fabulous! Couple of issues: the twin beds are very hard and noisy and the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet so we couldn’t use it. Would recommend to others.

Mind blowing view

Pictures absolutely does no justice to the view at all. I’ve enjoyed coming to lookout mountain last few years. It’s so peaceful here. You’re in close proximity to Chattanooga and all of the touristy spots like Ruby Falls, etc. This is my first time at this particular property. What I love about this home is that everything is neatly labeled so you know where everything is. For example…the kitchen has what each cabinet has (plates, cups, utensils, etc.) and hair dryer in bathrooms. There’s soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Q/tips and cleansing pads. They even have make-up removal cloth w a custom build in vanity in the master bedroom w a custom teak chair. There’s plenty of electric plugs throughout the home. Instructions are very easy to understand when checking out. It was perfect. The evolve team as well as the owners responded to my inquiries really fast. Definitely will stay again. Suggestion; there’s no close grocery or general stores within a short drive so I would recommend grabbing water, drinks and snacks before coming here. There are spices, coffee, teas, sweeteners. They also had little snacks. Chattanooga is 20-25 minute drive.

Amazing experience!

The house was beautiful and very well stocked! The owners thought of everything, from hot chocolate to board games, great hosts! The views of the mountain were amazing and secluded but close enough to town if you needed to grab things. I would definitely recommend this property! Thank you again!

Top of Mountain - Top of Class

We have family in the Chattanooga area and we often rent a Lookout Mountain VRBO when in town to enjoy the views and enjoy family time together, we've rented most every VRBO up on the brow of Lookout. This NEWLY built home is WONDERFUL - SO CLEAN, owners thought of EVERYTHING, right on the ledge, it was quite cold out so we didn't hang out outside but the house is SO AMAZING that views were enjoyed from every window. Great communication and flexibility from the owners! RENT IT - better than the rest..... did I mention SO CLEAN! A great property!

Amazing all the way!

This house and view are both spectacular. The home was equipped with everything needed, extremely clean, and well-furnished. Perfectly located between Chattanooga and Cloudland State Park. The show-stopper is the VIEW from all rooms across the exterior of the home! Breathtaking. And the Andersen windows that “crank out” was an added bonus to us. We can’t say enough good things about this house. Well done.
