Old and incomplete renovations

The place is old and under renovation. You never know what you’re going to get there. The rooms I reserved were clean enough but not finished. It is walking distance to the boardwalk. I was there to visit family, not for the beach.

It served our needs as it was very quite and we got a good nights sleep. I know the area very well and got what was expected from the hood. Upset that expedia said breakfast included and served between 10am and 12noon which sounded strange Thank you for letting my pet with us

The door of our room had a huge gap at the top and we could hear everything going on in the hallway all night. There was a hole in the top of our closet door as well. The worst was the toilet did not work a the tub leaked from both sides. 0 stars would not recommend.

The night staff was great on day one. AC was broken for my two night stay. Parking is not free! If you are lucky you will find free public parking. If you want to park on their block half way down the street is $25/night. I would not recommend.
