Located in central London, and walkable to most attractions, great restaurants and food options. Quiet, clean, basic and wonderful hot breakfast with lots choices. It’s a university student residence outside of the summer months.

Excellent value in a great location

Have been here several times and always select an en-suite room. It's not in a quiet location and there is lots going on outside at all hours What stands out is the amazing friendly reception team who work tirelessly and their ability to help beats some 'posh' hotels in which I've also stayed The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of foods/drinks from which to choose. It is inevitably busy during the holidays but the queue moves smoothly and there is always room to sit Highly recommended

Brilliant location

If you want air-conditioned splendour then this is not for you. If you don't want to spend a fortune but want to be centrally located then it does the job. Unfortunately our stay coincided with a really hot spell and the building was rather warm, but reception provided a fan which helped at night (but we wouldn't have been much cooler at home!). Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast (included) was surprisingly good with lots of choice (we enjoyed the fresh fruit, muesli and toast). Be warned, it was full of school parties who seemed to clog up public areas, but there was still plenty of room in the dining area and we weren't aware of any noise at night. So not a place for a luxury stay, but ideal for a few nights in a brilliant, central location (i.e. short walk from the Millenium Bridge).

Budget room, great breakfast!

We stayed in a triple room with private bathroom, we all slept well despite quite a bit of street noise (we were on level 3). Every member of staff we spoke to was lovely! If you just need a basic room for sleeping only (no TV, no frills) then you can't go wrong here.

Cheap dorm experience

This place is all about price for the location. It’s more of a college dorm experience than a B & B experience. The neighbors can get loud, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to pay more for another place. Can’t beat price and location, though.
